How can I access and replace the windscreen washer pump on my 2005 Ford Ka? The washers are not working and I cannot find the pump.

I also need to top-up all the various fluids (power steering, brakes, radiator, etc.) but I don't know which resorvior is which! A captioned picture would be great.

Please help if you can.

the washer bottle in under the trim by your wipers. you can get to it by taking the wiper arms off and removing the trims that are held in by phillips screws.

without a pic i cant show you what to do but would suggest a HAYNES manual. they are brilliant and easy to use.
