How can i fix this problem?
when i turn the boiler on, i can hear the the noises coming from the loft ( this is usual ) but there is no whooosh from the boiler, and I cannot see a pilot light on through the small glass on the front of the boiler. I have tried to light the pilot light by pusing te knob in, and turning it left and right, but nothing has happened. is there something else I should be looking at?
