ive encountered a problem with my ka, when im driving all of a sudden the airbag light came on, followed by the temperature gauge light and engine maintenance. Then shorty after the car will shudder like the engind is skipping a stroke. This repeats every few hundred yards until i slow down the the engine cuts out and wont start again without jumping it, the gransmission just ticks rapidly... Does anyone have any light to shed on my situation??? Thanks!

sounds like a bad earth, to test connect ONE jump lead from a big metal piece of your engine and the black battery termanal and test. the main earth lead is normally from the bell housing on the gearbox to the battery negative termanal.
