how can I wind back my vectra C rear calipers ?

how can I wind back my vectra C rear calipers. I can't get a manual at present and the pads are down to the metal. Help

you have to keep pressure on it while you are winding it back. it is easier if you remove the caliper and do it on a vice ( if you dont get the proper tool for it that is )hope your discs arent done too !!
