My Ge steam iron needs a new cord. I happen to work for a company that makes cords, so that is not the problem. My problem is that the iron seems to be held together with a special kind of screw. It looks like a phillips head with three prongs or slots instead of the usual 4....where can I get a screwdriver to fit this screw? Home Depot and Sears have never seen this before so they were of no help. My local appliance parts shop can't help me either.. thanks, mike s.
