my tefal express model 2911 does not steam at all. the base and iron heat up so i can use it as a normal iron but no steam at all. when you press the button, the base and iron click but still no steam? does anyone know what i can do to rectify this problem or if it is a problem that can be fixed. i am based in essex?

There is a few answers for this to be honest. The solenoid could be stuck, the boiler may not be heating to produce steam, the water pump may not be pumping the water to the boiler to produce steam or even a tube blockage. Does the base warm up? Does the pump intermittantly kick in? Does the steam delivery tube between the base and the iron warm up?
