Hi

Can anyone tell me what this error means. I have tried several modes, cold water only and unplugged machine for several minutes before trying again but when I start, water turns on and off rapidly for about half a minute before displaying the 'I need service' message with fault 130.

RPS faulty. Stands for rotor position sensor. This is a small sensor device mounted on the top edge of the motor copper stator. You have to remove the bowl shaped rotor to get at the 4 mounting bolts for the stator.
