The FLE 1416W does however split in the middle thereby allowing the front half to be completly removed to gain easy access for a "DIY bellow change". That is the point I was trying to explain to Allan. Maybe I didn't explain it as well as I thought I did. Good we helpers watch after each other!

you will not do a door gasket on that machine using mikes idea (no offence mike) as the front doesn't come off and isn't removable.you can do them from the front through the porthole door BUT they are a pig until you get the technique and they now take 10 mins to fit.Can't explain how to do it as you do it blind by feel!

Remove lid, remove control panel facia, loosen door switch, take outer spring off door bellow, remove machine front.
Remove inner bellow spring & pull off bellow. Assembly is the reverse. Any of this make sense?
