my ford fiesta1.1 m reg had the starter motor changed and a new battery now the car turns over no prob but the still will not start & also now the ignition lights will not turn off with the key so have to disconect the batterry also i noticed when the brake is aplied it momentery turns the ignition lights off with a clicking noise any ideas greatly apreciated
