Fisher & Paykel GWL11 Washer won't spin/agitate & lid doesn't lock?

Washer won't agitate or spin and lid isn't locking. Motor sounds as if it is trying to spin/agitate but the basket doesn't move and then the washer starts beeping with an error.

What is the error when it beeps? Look at the lights along the top row & copy down exactly which are on & which are off. From left to right.
