do you mean switch or flasher unit-remove top plastic cover from above switch,you should see one philips screw in middle of switch holding it to column,remove it ,disconnect 2 wiring plugs [they sort of hinge out ] then you can lift switch out-flasher unit is plugged into back of switch. if fitting new switch put a drop of oil into screw holes on switch to make it easier.
