the central heating part of boiler wont fire up. the room thermostat appears ok.theres a expansion tank on rear of boiler may need some air added like lastyear. would a low level of water or air stop it from firing up ???.also the pump doesnt feel like its pumping.but until i can get it to start up i cant really tell
