Error code F03?

On my Hotpoint ultima error code F03 comes up in digital display just one or two mins into cycle, ive checked the hotpoint web site and it says: F03 - Wash thermistor open/short circuit - Book a service engineer. Can anyone help please.

This refers to a faulty NTC sensor. I wouldn't advise a DIY repair. Call service & save yourself the trouble.
