my drive belt slips off the pulley wheel everytime i put it on?

i have an older model washing maching, corbero lde 1400, the drive belt slips off the pulley wheel each time i replace it, the pulley wheel it flat and smooth with no rim, also the drum can easily be lifted up inside the machine, do i need to replace wheel, bely and bearings? if so , how do i replace the bearings? ty

Slack drum = defective bearings. Major job & not a cost effective repair for an older machine. I would seriously consider investing in a new washer.
