How can I get the oven to work?

Just recently moved and the house has fitted kitchen with Diplomat Oven Model no ADP3300,but unfortunately it is just flashing Auto and nothing will happen.Unable to change or even put the correct time in.

Press all the buttons at once and that resets it. Haven't worked out how to actually set the time or timer from there, but at least everything works!
