hi i am looking to change the spark plugs on my vectra w reg year 2000 i took cover off but metal conects all the plugs what is the best way to change plugs regards IAN

Take cover off, unscrew torx screws holding coil pack on top of plugs and lift away. You may need to loosen a connecting cable to the coil pack. Remove the plugs using a suitable socket. Insert the new plugs, care not to cross-thread them, torque them up. Resecure cable if loosened. Refit coil pack, fit securing screws, replace cover.
