Homelite Chain Saw Starter Line Broke?

The starter line broke on my Homelite chain saw. I took off the housing but can't figure out how to rewind the line so it retracts after you pull it. Anyone know how to do this?

wind the starter coil up till it feels tight enough, then stick a Screw driver in it to hold it in place so you can use 2 hands to Slip your Rope through the hole tie it off, remove screw driver it will Automatically wind right up.

When you put the new line in, make sure you wind the spring up before putting the housing back in place.
