can u tell me how to fix my shower there is no water pressure and the water dosnt get hot

hi im not sure about the presure but having same problem with mine as for the hot water you need to check the element is ok this can be checked with a multi meter but more than likely it will be the thermal cut out that has gonethey are quite simple to replace an not to expencive
