Set up ne code on Scantronic 9000 series?

I have a Scantronic 9000 series alarm system in a property I own which was installed by my tenant who has now left and is uncontactable.
I do not know the code in order to set the alarm and would appreciate assistance to set up new code so that it can be used.

I Victor, there is no easy way to do this except refresh the NVM chip, and you will not have a clue which chip it is. Where are you located.
