I have a 1997 Yardman 9 HP track type snowblower, and the impeller does not appear to be rotating as fast as it did when I first bought the machine used a couple of years ago. I have replaced both belts and check the tension and I am unable to figure out why it still doesn't turn any faster at full throttle.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
