front ford badge on my ford mondeo was vandalised and needs replacing 2001 lx model that has bonnet lock behind it

you can buy the replacement swivel badges on ebay, it would cost you around 14-20 pounds, failing that try a scrap yard.

you can't replace badge on its own you have to replace whole grille unfortunately sorry to be bearer of bad news.
