Remove the bottom radiator hose, and allow the coolant to drain down - heater control on hot. Flush out the expansion bottle with a hose pipe, allowing it to drain. Hose back on, refill system and run the car until the thermostat has opened i.e warm, and then repeat the process until the water comes out clean. Refill with 50% mix G12+ and water. Capacity is about 2.8 litres of antifreeze at 50% concentration. Go for 50% because you wont get all of the water out without taking off every hose.
