What is wrong with this fridge/freezer and how can I fix it so fridge works again. The freezer is working fine.

I have the same problem. The fridge is kept cool by air bled from the freezer section. Somehow this freezes up and stops air movement. Only solution I have found is to fully defrost the freezer by placing bowl of hot water in freezer section. Remove all contents first of course.

Takes several hours to fully defrost but eventually clears problem.
