i have a beko WMA 520W Washing machine 1200 rpm. I find the drum is not turning to wash the clothes but the noise is normal.the water is taken in and drained when it needs to. It takes the washing detergent etc . When the cycle is done and machine is ready, the clothes are not washed or spin dry.
Please help.
