Usually it's easier, cheaper & quicker to buy a new press...
Small appliances are not designed or made to be easy to repair these days - finding parts can be very difficult.
You might be able to work out if you can do this by attempting to remove the broken element before looking for a replacement one - then you'll have a better idea.
