Ignition warning light?

Yhe ignition warning light on my 05 Focus C Max 2.0 TDCi stays on, is the battery dead or charging fault

If the engine turns over well when you try to start it you do not have a battery fault - if the ignition warning light stays on when running then you very probably have a charging fault. If you leave things as they are you will soon have a battery fault too - it will run flat.

Good idea to have it sorted out soon before you become stranded.
