what can i do to my bike ?

my bike works on the stand (wheel spins)when taken off the stand bike will do less then 5mph. people have said rollers,drive belt and exghaust could they be the problem. my bike is a peugeot speed fightet 2 100cc 04 reg

try checking main jet in carb . it could be blocked. and it wont cost anything to try it first.
