My Q1235V Samsung Washing Machine runs for 20 minutes into a cycle and comes up with the error message HE.

I have cleared all the hoses, dislodged coins etc, yet the machine still stops after 15 - 20 minutes with the load full of water.

I then have to put it on a rinse and spin to clear the water and drain the cloths.

Can anyone recommend a solution - regards Juliet

I have the same problem. Did you find the solution, was it necessary to replace heater?

Also have the same problem, but don't think that the water is heating up, seems to go through the program on a cold wash ok. Possibly a heater problem.
