I own an opel 2.0dti zafaira ?

When i am driving up hill in 5th gear at 100klm my service light comes on and i have no power. I have to stop switch engine off then restart, okay for awhile then service light comes on again. Yet when I stay in 4th gear their seems to be no problem.
