2 bars.1 on 1 side and the other on the other side oposite (3 o clock/9 o clock)and prise evenly otherwise you will bend the motor shaft and it will sound bad and vibrate.sometimes you have to cut them off and replace as the fan is far cheaper than a motor should you bend the shaft!.
