I have just been asked by a lady friend if I could change her front indicator bulb, after hearing the horror stories about changing the headlamp bulbs I thought it better to ask first.

I have just been trying to do this and have given up. It can be done by turning the wheel at full lock to expose a round hatch about 6 inches across. Remove this by turning anti-clockwise. You can then get your hand in and bend your hand back on it's self to reach the bulb casing. Try to turn the bulb casing by 90 degrees and pull out. I was able to turn it but not enough to get it out. This is very difficult. I have never been defeated by an indicator bulb before.

We tried removing the battery cover but this didn't help.

I have heard that Renault take the bumper off.
