my throttle keeps on getting stuck on my 04 model nrg?

it has just had a 70kit fitted nd the the throttle was fine b4 i fitted it bt wen i go on the top it sticks i actually nearly died cos of it lol *top end

Either the throttle cable is trapped or kinked somewhere, or its frayed internally and catching.
