My pen drive's usb connector is damaged CAN BE REPLACED OR NOT ? ?

I have a Phillips Pen Drive usb and the connector to the pc is damaged like physically as well as the wiring so that it can connect the pc. The circuit is un harmed and seems to be good. I need my important documents of my usb is there any way that i can rewire a usb connector to the usb circuit and get all my documents of there ? ANY HELP WILL BE VERY APPRECIATED!

Sorry I have not got the answer to that but alas I have the same problem - it sucks! Let's hope some kind soul has the answer for us.
