Hi there I've just had the same thing go wrong with mine and it's the belt. You have to remove the lid ,front panel where the timer is and the front panel,but be careful not to disconnect any of the contacts for the timer as I need to know now which wires connect to which soccect. But the belt fits over the drum and you need to be forceful with it to get it over the motor found under the drum,but can be done but be careful with the wires as I did not so if you could help me that would be grateful
