grinding when turning right on rover 45?

I have a grinding noise when I turn sharp right(eg at a roundabout) and a ticking noise when turning left or go over a bump like a sleeping policeman can anyone help

It sounds like the constant velocity (CV) joints on the end of your driveshafts need replacing.
