How do I fix my clothes dryer?

I have a Kenmore gas tumble dryer. It doesn't provide any heat. The settings/timer dial doesn't move either. The other parts of it work fine, i.e., it tumbles, and the start button works. The gas is on. The dryer says it is a "auto intermittent type ignitor which activates the gas burner". I take this to mean there is no pilot light.

It worked fine, we moved it about 2 feet to clean, moved it back and now, no heat and no timer. The model number is 97581220 75812.

Any clues?

Thanks,

Joe

i have the same problem, i guess the ignitor needs replacement, ill take it apart and find out, could also be a switch that says air tumble only-no heat but most likley the ignitor
