how do i fit a new electric mirror switch to a rover 45?

how can i fit a new electric mirror switch in my rover 45, its a 51 plate and my electric windows stopped working the fuse has been checked & its ok. is the job easy

Is it the mirror or the window? Electric windows sometimes need the mechanism re-greasing, this is an easy job if you just remove the inner panel of the door.
