The display on the handset stopped working on 2 of the 3 handsets I have with my black Panasonic KX-TG5633 phone system. How do I fix?

download for the Service Manual for your specific model, in the circuitry there will be a LCD_pwr transistor please check the voltage check sheet for measuring the voltage across the Transistor. Primarily it can just be a loose connection of the CN part where the LCD ribbon cable goes
