indesit is70cuk dryer water container not filling?

After doing all the instructions in the instruction book i still cannot get the water tank to fill up. The water just goes to the back of the machine. Can anyone please help

i am also having the same problem, the water is collecting in the filter at the bottom and not in the water tank
