I have no experience in cars what so ever, so I thought that I would ask you, what do you think the problem is? My window will sometimes rise and fall when I press the button for it to do so but only half of the window responds? I've been told that its 1 of the motors in the window but is that true if so how do i fix it?

Hi David
this job isn't for the faint hearted, try and source a
working second hand unit from a car breakers yard,
because a new unit is megabucks.
you'll need to remove the door card and unplug
the power lead from the unit. The motor sits on a
scissor frame and is riveted on, this needs removing
from the door, support window glass with suction
cup and drill out rivets, you'll need small nuts and
bolts to refit. Test replacement motor before
re fitting, hope this helps,
