gearbox or clutch?

have been having problems selecting gears on my 2001 citroen relay for 3 - 4 weeks, the gears crunch very occasionally but the main problem is getting the gear home, blipping the throttle helps, could it be the gearbox or is it more likely to be the clutch?

most likely the clutch. if you sit in gear with the clutch depressed and no brake applied does it creep? sounds like its not clearing. could be the cable or if fitted with hydraulic system the slave could be faulty.

See if the gears select easily with the engine off....if they do, its a clutch issue - which I think it is anyway.
