You can delete you Internet Explorer Browser History by using the menu option Tools > Internet Options. Then press the Clear History Button on the General Tab.
To completely clean your tracks on your computer you would need a cleaning application. Window Washer is very easy to use. This will delete your \"Recent Documents\" links, browser history and lots of others with one click.
