WHEN PLAYING DVD IT IS GREEN. ?

I BOUGHT A NEW VCR & DVD PLAYER WHEN I PLAY THE VCR THE COLOUR IS GOOD BUT WHEN I PLAY A DVD IT STAYES GREEN. I HAVE TRIED IT ON ANOTHER TV AND ITS COLOUR IS GOOD. TRIED TO ADJUST THE COLOUR BUT IT STAYS GREEN. THE NEW TELEVISION IS A PANASONIC. TX-L32S10B PLEASE CAN YOU HELP.
