E-mail messages don't show?

My e-mail messages on another computer are blank. It's like they were typed in white on a white screen. What can I check or do to be able to read my messages?

Simple answer would be to highlight the text, but I know that won't resolve the problem.

Have you tried internet options? There on the general tab is the Fonts button, change the colour there.
