How can i fix my indesit washer/dryer WIDL 1265?

Machine stops mid spin starts making a grumbling noise and all the led's start flashing, i've cleaned the filter, what else can I try?

What LED's are flashing? You have about 5 LED's aligned, which numbers are lit up? Counting the top one or the on furthers to the left as number one.
