The error 'E' is a general error and can be caused by many things. What have you done to resolve the error? What button (or sequence of buttons) are you pressing when you get the error? Do you have an instruction book for the register? Are you sure the register has good batteries in it? Were the batteries allowed to go dead and then replaced? Is there a cash register seller near you who can help?
