problem with my hotpoint aquarius tcm570 condenser dryer?

i've got a aquarius tcm570 condenser dryer- the empty water light comes on & no heat is produced but the water drawer is empty but if you tilt it forward water empties out & then the light goes outgoes & heat returns.any idea as to what is wrong

my dryer is going round but NO heat so clothes come out as wet as they went in any ideas whats wrong?? its all unclogged of fluff and everything what else can it be!
