I have a Ford Fiesta and, despite changing spark plugs and coil pack, there is no spark. It turns over OK, but there is no spark.

Please, somebody help!!!!! I'm at my wit's end with the damn thing!

We recently had a new engine put in - could this be part of the problem?

Please be sure to run diagnostic chart for all voltages at ing modues and coils ect ,,,,,,,might even be a ground that wasn`t connected back up

well if it was alright before and now after new engine was installed the problem occured it proably is from install
We had a custermer that installed a engine and did a jam up job of it but the rebuilt engine he got didn`t have a reluctor crankshaft put in it but a old style crank so the crank sensor couldn`t pick up a signal ........finally found out waht it was after all failed and pulled the oil pan to inspect the crankshaft
and there wasn`t nothin on crank for crank sensor to pick up a soganl from ..................time consuming job and thinking I was crazy but it happens ....yep he paid for it dearly at the cadiallc dealership I was working at too but was a very happy customer and even had his wife bring me a 6 pak of beer after she paid the bill .....go figure ...guess he sued somebody eh>/
