Where do I find the thermo sensor ?

Where can I find the thermo sensor that activates the cooling fan on a kia mentor 1.6 petrol 1997,

They are normally about halfway down the side of the radiator, but I cant say for certain on this car. Can you follow the wiring from the rad fan to the sensor?
