Check your power source for 240vac between L1 and L2, if good then unplug unit and check for continuity at your heating element and on all three thermostats and thermal fuse, if that checks out ok use your wiring diagram located inside of your control panel to check for continuity between the centrifigual switch on the motor (engages neutral side of heater element). To keep it simple just remove the back panel (use gloves the sheet metal is sharp) and check input volt and your fuse and thermostats (these are the more likely causes of your problem). good luck
